TPJ380 peeler is a kind of peeling machine
with simple operation, small dissipation and quite strong adaptability.
Structural feature:
The equipment is of desk structure, for convenient use, the main
part is the structure of aluminum casting box. Skin Desquamation
finishes the desquamating process relying on the cooperation of
the turning of saw tooth¨s main trundle and the adjustable cutter
blade. The assistant trundles turn together with the main trundle
for cleaning it. The assistant and main trundles all adopt anti-rust
technology; its anti-rust effect is excellent. The drive adopts
the method of combining internal motor vertical speed-reducing machine
and chain transmission, brings along the turning of the main and
assistant trundles to finish desquamation. The fishplate passing
in and out is stainless steel. The power source takes wire with
plug; it is controlled by compound switch with simple structure.
Main usage: used in processing different fishes. For example: Flatfish,
Cod, Tuna, Chum salmon, Squid, and Catfish etc.
