and installation of equipment
The corporation provides maintenance and installation of equipment
for CSR Sifang Locomotive and Rolling Stock Works and CSR Sifang
Locomotive and Rolling Stock Co., Ltd., Qingdao Estong Tobacco Group,
Qingdao Power Station, and Qingdao Hongda Textile Machinery Co.,
Ltd. etc. Up to now, the corporation has maintained more than 3000
sets of Italian M8 processing center, Russian Longmen mill, and
1250-ton press etc.

The corporation fixed more than one thousand sets of equipment such
as German diesel engine organism processing center, German all-powerful
standing processing center, Italian horizontal tank processing center,
Italian high precision bent axle grinder, large Austrian group soldering
manipulator, American three-ton medium frequency boiler, and 60-ton
crown block etc.

The corporation applied Simens 802C and 810M digital control system
to carry out the numerical reconstruction against more than ten
sets of Russian equipment like ordinary C1250 lithe, and XK53T mill
etc; applied PLC and frequency conversion technology to reconstruct
UF52250 Russian Longmen mill and X2025X Beijing Longmen mill; and
also carried on the figure display reconstruction against different
equipments.
